Fitness is an American fitness and bodybuilding magazine founded by Joe Weider, but now published by American Media, Inc. Flex, which mainly covers more specialised “hardcore” and professional bodybuilding topics. Fitness, like Ronnie Coleman, Gustavo Badell, Darrem Charles, and Jay Cutler.
It also features a number of figure competitors such as Davana Medina, Jenny Lynn, Monica Brant.
